GitHub App をインストール

1. GitHub App を対象 organization または repository にインストールします。
2. 必要に応じて repository root に .tracevia.yml を追加します。
3. Pull Request を作成または更新します。
4. GitHub Checks の Tracevia を確認します。

• Contents: Read
• Pull requests: Read
• Checks: Write
• Metadata: Read
